You should expect to feel fully in control of your care with guidance provided by the therapist. You are welcome to accept or decline any portion of the examination. All visits are one on one. If you would like a chaperone present, please provide prior notice to the therapist.

How long are appointments?

Evaluations are 60-90 minutes and follow up treatment sessions are 55-60 minutes in length. Aquatic therapy sessions are 45 minutes in length.

Free consults are 20 minutes in length.

What is the cancellation policy?

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been utilized by another client. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. With advanced notification of a cancellation, we can fulfill all client scheduling needs and keep the clinic operating at its most efficient level. We will work with you as much as possible to come up with alternatives. These policies are in place to ensure all clients get equal access to treatment and our therapists’ time is valued.
